Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (2004) securing First Division with distinction (76.53%) conducted by Nagpur University, Nagpur.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: -

• Worked as a Project Assistant at “National Environmental Engineering Research Institute”, Nagpur from 23-06-05 to 30-09-2005.
• Project: Assessment of status of Solid Waste Management in state capitals, metro cities, class-I cities and class-II towns under MoEF funded strengthening of infrastructure of CPCB.
• From January 2006 to 2007, worked in Deolalikar Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Pune, as a “Plumbing Engineer”.

MAJOR PROJECTS HANDLED BEFORE STARTING SK CONSULTANTS.

• ETERNIA - A: The project ‘Godrej Eternia – A Bldg.’ is a Joint venture of M/s Godrej Properties. It is a commercial complex situated at Old Mumbai – Pune Highway, near Shoppers’ Stop with approximate built up area of 75,000 sq.ft. plus basement parking. Building comprises of basement + showrooms at ground floor + retail floor + 2 floors as skip + 7 upper floors for offices. Total building height will be about 34m. All slabs shall be post tension flat slabs. Toilet sunk slabs slab be conventional type. 
• ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINING INSTITUTE (SYMBIOSIS): The proposed project is a Boys Hostel with Training Center below. It has basement and stilt floor for parking, first, second, and third floors for class rooms and forth to tenth floor for boy’s hostel. Total built up area including basement and stilt floor is about 45,000 sq. ft.
• GOD’S GIFT: God’s Gift is a top class residential building situated at prime area in Pune. It has a basement of about 9,000 sft area to house about 33 cars plus ground and upper 11 floors. Each floor has one apartment of 3,500-4,000 sft area comprising 4 bedrooms, hall, kitchen, 4 toilets and a pantry. Total covered area including basement is about 50,000 sft.
• NATHANI BUNGALOW: The proposed project comprises of a Bungalow having ground floor and two floors above with total built up area of about 7,500 sft.
• POONA CLUB LTD.: It is proposed to demolish and reconstruct some structures and construct some additional structures within the campus of Poona Club. Total Built up area of proposed structures is about 25,000 sft.
• ABHIJIT PAWAR BUNGALOW: The proposed Villa project comprises of a main building having ground and first floors and other single storied structures such as Lobby and courtyard, Guest house, servants’ quarters, and parking lot with total constructed area of about 16,700 sft.
• JEWEL SQUARE: The project comprises of development of a plot comprising commercial premises. The structure includes 2 basements and lower ground for parking, Ground and first floor for shops and second and third floors for food courts and restaurants. Total constructed area is about 1, 40, 000 sft.
