1) Golden Trade center: GTC is a commercial project at Raipur consisting the luxury offices at all floors. GTC has Basement & Gground floor for parking. The building is 6 storied. Typical first floor to sixth floor has offices. Total constructed area is 1,53,250.60 sqft approximately. The architect is Manish Tawari.

2.) ASk Bussiness Triangle: The project “ ASK Business Triangle” is of M/s ASK Group and Mr. Anurag Nathani. It is a commercial complex situated at NH06  Raipur - Drug  Highway, near Wallfort city with approximate built up area of 84,260 sft plus lower and upper basement parking. Building comprises of basement 1 and basement 2 + ground floor + service floor + 6 upper floors for offices. Total building height will be about 27.40m.The architect is Arch. K M Shahade.

3. Bramhavidya School: This is a School building and hostel project situated at Raipur. School Building has Ground floor of about 38,500.00 sq. ftarea and upper first to third floors are class rooms, labs and teachers Hall etc. of area 29100 Sq.ft each. Total area is 1,26,000 Sq.ft.The architect is Arch. K M Shahade.

For residing of Student and teachers staffs  hostel and quarters area provided in the school premise. The ground floor are consist of Dining, kitchen and hostel facility consisting of area 11405.00 sq.ft. and upper first to third floor consisting of girls and boys hostel with teachers staff quarters of area 11,360 sq.ft. each. Total area is 45,500 Sq.ft.The architect is Arch. K M Shahade.

4. Avinash Aashiyana: Ashiyana is a high-rise residential complex (Ground + 06 Floors) with 08 Blocks namely Block A, Block B, Block C, Block D, Block E, block F, Block G & Block H of M/s Avinash Developers Pvt. Ltd..The complex has common Ground floor with two & four wheeler parking.The arch. is J. P. Keswani

5. Salasar green: Salasar Green is a top class residential building situated at sarona, Raipur. It has a Ground floor of about 4,892.00 sftarea for parking plus upper 06 floors. Each floor has two apartments of 5,544.00 sft area comprising 4 bedrooms, hall, kitchen, 4/5 toilets and two servant quarters. Total covered area is about 35,000 sft.. The arch. is J. P. Keswani

6.Lk Logistic & Corporate park: This is a Logistic plus commercial type project. The building have three number of wear houses for storage  having area of  2,61,780 sft. and one commercial building G+2 of 27,300 sft. and another G+3 of 5920 sft. The separate office of G+1 floor of 3400 sq.ft. The architect is Arch. Mohd. Sahil 

7. Astha 2: Astha - 2 is a top class residential building situated at Raipur. It has Ground floor of about 7,535.00 sqft area with parking and four shops for commercial plus upper first to sixth floors for residing. The architect is Arch. Indar Talreja.

8. 5 Lotus Resort: It is a proposed Resort project having area of 22.5 Acres consisting of single and double storied cottages, dormitories, restaurant cum kitchen, bar, marriage hall with kitchen and swimming pool with water bodies and water park.The Owner is Mr. Dhanraj Banarjee of M/s Daa Engg Industries.
